Wrongful Death Settlement Reached in Wyoming School Bus Highway Crossing Case April 30, 2015 The Spence Firm, LLC has settled a wrongful death case on behalf of a family for their daughter's death.  Their eleven-year-old daughter was struck and killed while exiting a school bus in Fremont County, Wyoming.  She was directed by her school bus driver to cross a 65 m.p.h. highway at night.  The bus driver expressly directed the child into oncoming traffic without sufficient time for her to safely cross the highway.  She was struck and killed by an oncoming motorist. Second Deadly I-80 Trucking Accident in a Week in Wyoming Raises Questions April 22, 2015 A second multi-vehicle crash on I-80 in Wyoming this week caused serious injuries and two reported fatalities, according to the Wyoming Highway Patrol.  Early reports indicate that on Thursday morning, April 20, 2015, nearly 60 vehicles were involved in the accident, where a large fire ensued.  The Spence Firm is investigating details of this fatal incident.
